Sephora Singapore seeks to hire an Ecommerce Senior Executive. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager for Singapore, this is a key role within a small and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimisation strategy in the purchasing funnels by using both qualitative and quantitative sources to drive improvement in conversion rate, return rate and customers’ experience. In addition to lead & initiate projects to drive online sales & customer acquisitions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working alongside eCommerce Manager to create campaigns & promotional plans to deliver against sales targets & key KPIs.
  • Actively conduct analysis to understand performance drivers (e.g. conversion rate, customer return rate, traffic and active users) by platforms, channels, etc., to uncover improvement opportunities and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support to the full team on new digital innovations & features to further develop its capabilities.
  • Explore & execute third-party partnership and collaboration to drive customer acquisition, traffic & app adoption.
  • Align strategies and work with Regional Performance Marketing Team to drive ROI and opportunity with paid search operations, collaborative ads & affiliates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to use content, digital marketing tactics and campaigns to generate traffic and sales
  • Lead & optimise mobile app communications and work closely with Ecommerce manager to coordinate mobile app adoption initiatives.
  • Work with content and creative team in the conceptualization and production of assets for ecommerce campaigns.
  • Support ecommerce team in ad-hoc structural/cross-departmental/omni-channel projects.


Required Skills:

  • A university degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Data Analytic.
  • Prior experience in data analysis in e-commerce/campaign management/digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics is a must
  • Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes
  • Commercially focused with a strong sense of customer behavior – key advocate for customer voice within Sephora Singapore
